adult fitness & Dance class opportunities 

ADULT DANCE CLASSES:
1. Adult Hip Hop - Monday nights from 7:00 to 7:45 p.m. with Miss Heather - An upbeat Hip Hop class with a fun environment and an opportunity to try dance or rekindle your love for it!

2. Adult Tap - Tuesday nights from 8:00 to 8:45 p.m. with Miss Jenna - A fun tap class with other adults/dance moms and 
an opportunity to try dance or rekindle your love for it!


3. Bigs and Littles - Monday nights from 7:15 to 8:00 p.m. with Miss Jenna - An opportunity to share a beginner level dance class with your child! A partner is required to take this class (littles must be ages 5-10).

ADULT FITNESS CLASSES:
1. Senior Citizen Stretch and Tone - For ages 55 and up - Tuesday mornings from 9:30 - 10:15 a.m. with Miss Jen - $5 drop ins - Wear tennis shoes and comfy clothes. We work on circulation, stretching, and toning your muscles around your joints to strengthen them. We start with a few laps around the studio to get the blood moving, then we stand behind a chair so that we have support for our standing exercises. After that, we sit in the chair for the final 15 minutes of class to finish up. We use light weights and resistance bands (all provided). You'll feel so much better! 2. Adult Total Body Tone - For ages 18 and up - Monday nights from 8:00 - 8:45 p.m. with Miss Jenna - $135 per 10-week term - Total body tone focuses on building muscular strength through a variety of exercises targeting all muscle groups using weights, resistance bands/loops, body weight and light cardio in a fun and supportive group environment. 
Light weights and resistance bands are provided. Feel free to bring a mat and heavier weights if desired.

3. Access to our fitness room - For ages 18 and up - Open during our dance schedule hours - For only $10/month, you can prioritize your fitness while your child grows their love for dance. We'll have various equipment to use (an exercise bike, elliptical, treadmill, handheld weights, agility ladder, resistance bands). Please sign in at the front desk when you arrive. This is self-led fitness, there is no teacher in the room with you.

4. STOTT Pilates Mat Class - Monday mornings at 9:00 a.m. with Tiffany from Reform Wellness Pilates Studio - $18/class - This class focuses on building core strength, improving posture, and increasing flexibility using the STOTT Pilates method. Grounded in modern exercise science and physical therapy principles, STOTT emphasizes controlled, mindful movement and proper alignment. Using just a mat (and occasionally props like rings or bands), you'll move through a series of precise exercises that target the entire body—especially the deep core muscles. Perfect for all levels, with modifications to suit your needs.

5. Chasing Strong - Wednesdays at 7:15 p.m. with Trina Henne - Trina is a certified Barre Above instructor who incorporates barre, Pilates, yoga, and strength training in a 45 to 60 minute class. The focus is to enhance daily life in regard to posture, balance, muscular endurance, and flexibility. These classes will offer a heavy focus on deep core activation. There is a 10 week membership at $135, or a 10 class punch card at $135. In addition to a membership or punch card, members will receive three 30-minute at home workouts to do throughout the week to continue their focus on chasing strong. Drop ins are $15. Materials provided will be a Pilates ball and bands. Materials that would need to be brought are a yoga mat, light dumbbells (3-5 lbs), and 2 pound ankle weights.
